Got a job to do this weekend...so no going out for me this week. Will probably see the bf only once this week until after the event on Saturday (: So I was asked to provide the desserts for a wedding anniversary party, so this is what I came up with. Will upload pics of the plated desserts on Friday.
Strawberry Cheesecake Souffle Tartlets
Triple Chocolate Terrine served with a strawberry coulis sauce
Banana foster crepe served with vanilla ice cream topped with salted caramel sauce
Individual 3-layer Red velvet cake served with cream cheese - yogurt frosting

Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake
Chocolate Mousse Gateau, made for my friend Hannah to celebrate her beautiful sister's trip to Lagos. The chocolate mousse was made over two days to ensure proper layering of the different chocolate used. I enjoy making beautiful desserts and cakes for family and friends.
